Young people in Junior and Senior high school are in a pivotal, decision making time of life. The opportunities and challenges of this life stage need specific guidance. Everywhere young people turn these days, they are pressured to conform to the world. But we believe that our youth have to be different in order to make a difference. Our youth ministry strives to help emerging adults discover and pursue the unique destiny that God has for each of them - not the cookie cutter conformity that our modern culture would press them into.
Through our Sunday School class fellowships, our Ladies Craft Night, our Senior Saints ministry, our quarterly birthday and anniversary celebrations, our ladies brunches and Bible studies, our quarterly Men's Prayer Breakfast and our seasonal banquets and picnics, we give our church family many opportunities to fellowship, serve and grow with one another.
From Mt. Airy to Clarkesville, from Demorest to Alto and Baldwin, our buses pick up riders anywhere within five miles of our church. Children or adults, English or Spanish - if you need a ride, just call the church (706-778-0622) and give your contact information to the secretary, or leave a message.
Camp Creek Baptist Church believes in presenting good,
Spirit-filled music that will honor the Lord in our worship.
Our music is old fashioned, conservative, Christ honoring music,
with the congregational singing out of hymn books, where four part harmony can be heard.
We seek to worship our Lord Jesus Christ through the sacrificial praise
of our lips. Hebrews 13:15 "By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice
of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name."
